Abstract (EN)

Today, the evolution of science and technology has reached enormous speed. Major breakthroughs in science, technology, medicine and engineering make our daily life easier. Formal modeling of design requires complex math tools, modeling and drawing, and the internet for necessary data and information. But our inventing a radically new solution is still relied on working trials when it comes to generating new research. These mistakes waste time, money and human resources. As competition accelerates today, the ability to innovate is an important factor in survival. It is a systematic problem to provide rich questions and richness necessary for the innovative process. The product development process of these welding machines is mentioned. MIG / MAG (gas metal) welding machines are produced in two different types as transformer (AC) and inverter (DC). Transformer welding is used only by adjusting ampere and voltage, and its place during use continues in multiples of 5 and 5. Fine adjustment is not possible. The welding of inverter welding machines provides perfect welding opportunity by making very high millimetric settings, but there are more welding difficulties. In our country, welding masters have difficulty in using welding machines and do not prefer inverter welding machines because of their low education level. This purpose is to weld the inverter machine using the TRIZ method and to make high performance types. 39 Basic Prameter, 40 Creative Principles, basic features of TRIZ methodology and an introduction to its basic tools such as Contradictions Matrix, and an example and application of TRIZ methodology
