Abstract (EN)
Music is a universal language and a correct music/instrument education is required to be able to use this language actively. Students can receive this education most effectively in the conservatory environment. The most important issue in trombone education is the choice of mouthpiece and instrument suitable for the student. The next step is to show the student a correct mouthpiece position and start the training with the correct technique. However, one of the trainings that should be given in addition to the correct instrument training is mental exercises. The purpose of these exercises is to minimize and neutralize the possible excitement, stress or psychological problems that the student may experience while playing the instrument. In this way, the self-confidence of the person who plays the instrument in the concert or in the exam reaches the required level and the stage performance increases.
