Annulment of general assembly resolutions in joint stock companies in the context of the Turkish Commercial Law no 6102

In our study, the annulment of general assembly resolutions in joint stock companies within the context of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 was examined. However, by referring to the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6762 on some issues, the deficiencies and innovations in the legal regulations have been explained. Within the scope of the study, we tried to make the subject of the study more understandable by going to a subtitled narration as much as possible. Because in joint stock companies, there are many issues within the scope of annulment of general assembly resolutions, and an examination without schematization will make the study complicated. For this reason, the study has been simplified by using as many subtitles as possible. Many references have been made to the decisions of the Court of Cassation and the Regional Court of Justice, especially when examining the subjects that constitute the basis of the study. Because in this way the study has been made more concrete and understandable. Likewise, within the scope of the study, the doctrine has been seriously included. The contradictory views of the authors on the controversial issues were discussed within the scope of the study. Finally, in our study, the issue of annulment of general assembly resolutions in joint stock companies was examined in detail both in terms of procedure and bese. Other legal regulations were also referred to at points that might be related and tried to be explained comparatively. In the examinations of the study, care was taken to display an explanatory attitude as much as possible.
