Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the experience of the hotel guests visiting the green hotels on the re-visiting intentions during their stay and the moderation effect of the ecological views of the hotel customers. The universe of the study consisted of customers who visited hotel green hotels which are active in Turkey. Since it was not possible to reach the whole universe, sampling was made. A questionnaire was completed for 389 hotel customers. Questionnaires were collected using the easy sampling method. The questionnaires were filled in by face-to-face communication with customers between April 2018 and December 2018. The data collected in the study were analyzed by SPSS and Amos statistical programs. Amos Structural Equation Modeling was used in the path analysis and SPSS regression analysis was used in the moderation impact measurement. When the results of the study were examined, it was determined that the sense, feel, think and relate experience had a positive effect on the revisit intention. However, it was determined that act experience had no significant effect on the revisit intention. In addition, it was determined that the ecological worldview has a moderation effect between experience dimensions and revisit intention. The findings of the study are expected to shed light on future studies.
