Özet (EN)
The subject of the thesis is about definition, type, legal nature of the mobile application end user license agreement, signed between the mobile application developer and the end user during the acquisition of mobile applications and the control of the standart terms contained in these agreements. After explaining the legal nature of mobile applicaitons in the first part of the study, the features of mobile application end user cotracts and contractual obligations of the parties have been reviewed in the second part. In the third and last part of the study the control of the standart terms and unfair terms in mobile applicaiton end user license agreements have been examined in detail and the sanctions that can be applied to contractual conditions which fail to pass these controls have been discussed together with suggestions related to the subject in the doctrine. In addition, all these examinations and evaluations in this study were carried out within the scope of consumer law.
