On the other hand, it is revealed that the most important factor affecting on the preference of the consumers for alternative tourism types and leading them to conduct any of the alternative tourism types is ?Curiosity and Learning? for all types; the second factor is ?Feeling Good? for Golf, Air Sports, Congress, Culture and Yacht and ?Difference? is the last factor for all types. Contrary to such finding, it is found for Botanic, Faith, Bird Observatory and Healthcare and Thermal Tourism types that ?Difference? is the second factor as ?Feeling Good? is the least effective one.At the end of the study we advised consumers on the alternative tourism types compliant with their characteristics and need and requirements, and the businesses on the strategies to be applied in order to drive the demand for alternative tourism types.
