Özet (EN)

This research; Sivas in urban regeneration work began and in the neighborhood to begin the urban transformation studies (Dedebalı Kılavuz Ferhatbostan Demircilerardı neighborhoods) Information about the urban regeneration of consumers residing and planned to determine the preferences of housing after the regeneration was carried out. The people who residens currently at there neighbourhoods and the people that can be reached who has different educatıon and income level, and 178 consumers whose houses that can be reneved participated to this research. During the procens of data obtaining, a survey information which includes the house preferences scale, urban regeneration information and demographıc information form was applied to the consumers. According to the result of this research, it was seen that consumers have some opinions abouth urban regeneration but they have some hesitation about the type of hause, width of hause, the cost and the conditions of payment after the urban regeneration. ıt was seen that after urban regeneration the consumers whose monthly income is lowe usually prefers detached houses 90 119 m2 width ,living room+3 roomed houses"the consumers whose monthly in come is high prepers duplex-tripleks 120 m2 and above,living room and 4 roomed houses. High school and college graduates with consumers after conversion and living room + 4 bedroom duplex, triplex housing they prefer, illiterate and living room + 3 bedroom residential consumers who have graduated from primary school were determined their choice. High school and college graduates with consumers regard the balcony (p=0,029) they find the important that, illiterate and primary education, housing to live if consumers detached (p = 0,030) was observed they find important to have.
