Abstract (EN)
The purpose of the paper is to determine the factors affecting the acceptance or rejection of new technologies. In this context the process of consumer's acceptance and adoption of new technologies, actual usage, behavioral intention and attitude are expected to be determined by adding elements to the model. The research model is built using behaviors deemed important to the usage of mobile apps by the consumers. TKM, GET and PDT models which were used often in the literature were used to build the research model. The research data was gathered via an online questionnaire, resulting in 506 usable samples. Structural equational modelling was used to first determine the validity and reliability of the data. Factor load of each data was determined by using Cronbach's Alpha, composite reliability and assessing their AVE values and finalizing the model with Smart PLS roadmap analysis. In the final research model, actual usage, behavioral intention, perceived usefulness, attitude, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, perceived compatibility and perceived security (delivery) variables are present. Research analysis results show, the most important factor affecting actual use is the behavioral intention. Behavioral intention was mostly affected by attitude variable, while the attitude variable is affected mostly by ease of use and perceived security (delivery). No correlation was found between the perceived trust variable and the perceived usefulness variables, while other variables have a positive effect. To assess the effect of Covid-19 all other variables that are linked with the perceived security (delivery) variable have been deemed as positive. Even though it is assumed that the usage intent has the greatest impact, perceived benefit, perceived security (delivery) and the perceived ease of use variables have an important impact too.
