Abstract (EN)

Governing provisions of joint and several obligations inflicted due to sale of defective movable goods in terms of consumer protection law is the subject of this dissertation. Accordingly, scope of seller, manufacturer, importer and creditor are explained in the first instance. In chapter 2 of the dissertation, general information related joint and several obligation is given therefore legal status and transactions of external relationship of consumer and debtors were examined. In chapter 3 of the dissertation, application opportunities for debtor who perform to the consumer explained, thereby detailed information is given regarding conditions of recourse and subrogation with governing time bar. In last chapter of the dissertation, besides right of recourse and subrogation, claim rights of manufacturer and importer inflicted from successive sales relationship within the scope of sale contract and conditions of claim rights with governing time bar were studied. Doctrine observations, national and international legislations, court decisions and problems encountered in practice were considered during the preparation of chapters of dissertation.
