Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between online consumer engagement and loyalty and repurchase intention. This research consists of five parts. The first part includes research problem and the aim of research. The second part presents the literature on the subject and the relationship among the concepts. The third part deals with the research method, research model and research hypotheses. The fourth part consists the analysis of data and the last and the fifth part includes the results of the research and suggestions. The research findings showed that there is a significant relationship between online consumer engagement and consumer loyalty and repurchase intention while consumer loyalty has a mediating effect on the association between online consumer engagement and repurchase intention.
