Abstract (EN)

The scientific and technological investments of private sector with its strong capital structure targeting for the consumers have been increasingly continuing. In this study, the relations of consumer?s cooperatives with limited capital and trying to provide their consumers with quality service are being investigated. In this study, a workplace consumer?s cooperative, Damla Tüketim Kooperatifi, was searched by a questionnaire made with the consumer?s stil working in their institution and also the ones resigned from the membership of the cooperative. In addition to that, some other surveys and investigations was also done to reach some deeper conclusions. The results shows that the relations between the cooperative and its consumer?s came to a point that the consumer?s tends to break all ties with the cooperative. The reason for this seems to be the change in the consumer?s preferences in view of the huge investments of private sector observing the rules of free market, and also the managers of the cooperative themself. In other words, this is caused by the lacking of the lead managers in recent times and the failure of the existing manager in developing strategies which would bring the advantages of the cooperatives forward.
