Abstract (EN)
In this study, comparison of the earthquake behavior and constructional costs of the building whose structural systems are designed according to the different mould systems is aimed. For this purpose, in total six different structural models are dealt with by benefiting from the multi-story buildings? project named as Y, FG and DG which are widely used by Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ). Static and dynamic analyses of the structure are realized by the computer program Sta4Cad V-12.1. The Mode Superposition Method is used in the dynamic analysis of all models. In the comparative cost analysis, the accounts are made according to the prices of common constructions materials and workmanship. During the cost analysis, by making actual price investigation it is supplied that the evaluation is suitable for our daily conditions.According the results of analysis, the first investment cost of tunnel form system whose usage are increasing in recent years are too much but because of the lifetime of form is too long according to the traditional form systems, it has more advantage in the mass production (collective building). If the number of application is in less condition, it?s seemed that traditional form system has more advantageous.Key words: Tunnel Form System, Traditional Form System, Cost Analyses, Shear-Wall Building, Shear Wall - Frame System
