Abstract (EN)

Turgut Uyar had beeen in an attempt to write life based poems and achieved to transmit the happenings in the real life to the esthetical environment of poems. He viewed the last case that the civilization/ modernity had come as the unique factor that caused distortion of human?s internal and external harmony and human?s isolation from nature. Therefore, in his poems, there is a great deal of protests for science and technology that he claimed it to bring about sadness rather than happiness. However, he dreamed almost a primitive human and society in nature and far from modernity. Actually, this view should be evaluated as a prescription of salvation rather than a fantasy. He was discontented from human?s mercilessness towards self and generation; he was in depression stemming from hopelessness. He thrived to express more effectively the sensations of meaninglessness and absurd through opening Windows of meaninglessness to a poetic period. He adjusted the from of his poems to what he said. According to him, poems should be ambiguous/ complex as everything in life is divided/ mess. So the free poem reflects his genuine style. In this case, he attempted to expand the poetic features of his writings by rhythm and harmony through repeating words and phrases.
