Abstract (EN)

This study made in the "Winter Corridor" geography, which is the subject of the research, are important for the protection of the managment, strategy, sustainable tourism and business existence of the enterprises located in this geography. The purpose of this study is to measure the effects of "Supply Chain Management", which has been used since 1970's in the manufacturing sector, on the performance of service enterprises. The proportions of the management strategies formed by the hospitality enterprises located in the winter corridor (Kars-Agri-Ardahan-Erzurum-Erzincan) on service production in terms of explaining the operating performance tried to explain by the regression analysis. As a result, it has been determined from the descriptive factor analysis in the geography where the research is conducted that Supply Chain Management practices do not create an existing and fully effective system that focuses on an individual relations other than chain hotels. Given that training is provided within the geography of Supply Chain Management and the creation of this system is taken into consideration, the pilot regions must be selected and the anlysis concepts should be adopted especially to 2-3 and 4 star hotel managers.
