Özet (EN)

Organizations that operate in changing and globalizing economies can be sensitive to any change, and can accept a culture that seeks change, but only with the help of successful and effective managers who are aware of external conditions, and can lead the organization and supply a vision.Successful and efficient managers have a competency called ?emotional intelligence? and they play an important emotional role in organizations. Whether an organization becomes stronger or weaker usually depends on the effectiveness of managers, and in particular on their emotional sense. The most important factor in creating a strong organizational culture, in which most employees act in a cooperative way, and in line with the goals of the organization, is the presence of a manager who is aware of the connective and consolidative role of the emotions, and can manage his/her own emotions.A manager who can define and explain his/her own emotions can also analyze the emotions of others. By permitting his/her emotions to shape his/her behaviour, he/she will be effective in managing the collective system, and the shared values within the organization, by becoming acquainted with his/her staff. In the light of these views, this research applies a relational survey method that analyzes the effects of the emotional intelligence level on organizational culture
