The efficiency of motivation to employee performance in tourism industry: An application in Bodrum hotels

İn this study was researched what motivates employees? Also in the study researched employee motivation, the relation between motivation and employee performance.For the study research, at first, the information was scaned from related sources about tourism, motivation and performance. After than there was a survey on 555 employees whoose were Bodrum?s 5 star hotel?s employees. Especially in this study invesitgated the relations performance increase factors and demeographic factors whichs are age, income, education, marital status, gender, work status, years of sectorel experiences, work year in same company and title. However in this study researched employee motivators and reasons of increase employees performance. Survey method was used for collectes datas. There was used one way anova analysis for the differences between the hypothesis were found. And tukey tests and independent- samples t tests were used to confirm differences between hypothesis whichs are about variables.
