Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this research is to study the tourism capacity of Ballıca Cave in Tokat and the people's social, economical and cultural positions and attitudes towards tourism. This is a clinical research, of which aim is to exhibit the people's attitudes for tourism, tourists, life conditions, problems and expectations for the future. There are two parts in the research. Theoric and clinical parts. Some concepts have been explained in the conceptual circle. Related realities and events have been expreised in the theorotical point of view. With the light of the theoriotical explanation, clinical part has been studied. Through choosing three hundred sampling unit, an inguiry has been applied to the people in Tokat-Balhca region, in this phase. As a result of this inguiry, it has been determined the people's reactions towards regional tourism activities in the country. The people, who are very hospitable indeed, have a positive point of view for the tourism activities in their surroundings. Nevertheless, they hope to be made more investments in tourism are a for the region due to its contribution to the economy of the region and the country. Tokat has a cultural, historical, thermal and camping capacity in tourism, Ballıca Cave, which is the 8th wonder in the world, has gifted the cave tourism to Tokat. VI
