Comparatively participation alimony in Turkish and Afghan laws

This research aims to evaluate how the concept of alimony is handled in the Turkish and Afghan legal systems in the social context where it aims to protect the party without economic security, especially in cases of divorce. In order to reveal how much child support contributes to the principles of social justice and gender equality, the legal regulations of both countries will be examined in detail. The focus of the research is on how child support regulations support social justice and gender equality and the compatibility of national regulations in this field with international legal standards. The adherence of child support regulations in Turkish and Afghan law to universal legal values and their compliance with international norms will be meticulously analyzed. It is expected that this comparative analysis will provide significant contributions in cultural, social and legal dimensions and pave the way for the creation of more effective and fair family law regulations in both countries.
