Abstract (EN)

This study discuss Germany and Turkey's foreign policy and their foreign aids to Afghanistan. In addition, it discuss the sturcture and efficiency of foreign aids, further includes a general overview of Germany and Turkey'spolitical, economical, social and development assistances as well. The study focuses on Germany's foreign policy, economical and foreign aids toAfghanistan, and German-Afghan long lasting friendship. Germany has provided numerous financial aids, development-oriented projects and implemented programs for reconstruction of Afghanistan. At early 20thcentury, Germany started to revise its foreign and neighborhood policy and began to pay attention toMiddle East and Central Asian countries in 2001. In this consequence, Germany has been providing numerous aids to Afghanistan from 2001 up to current date. Moreover, Turkey's foreign policy and foreign aids are discussed. Turkey's, humanitarian aids, military development programs, construction programs and development assistances to Afghanistan is a depth focus of this thesis. German-Afghan and Turkish-Afghan relations are based on former friendship. Turkey's aids to Afghanistan ranks 3rd. among countries.
