Making and changing of constitution in the Turkish constitutions

Abstract (EN)

In this study made with the assumption of making or changing constitutions that carries the meaning of construction or modification of state's; constitutional developments in the Ottoman-Turks were examined together with the historical process. With the approach that each constitutional development was re-construction or modification of state's, Ottoman-Turkish constitutional developments were examined. The main theme of the study is making and changing constitution in the Turkish constitutions. The study was examined two sections. In the first section, generally, "Theory of the Constitution", "Constitutional "Developments" and a concept of "Constitutional Founder" was discussed. In this section comparative methods for changing the constitution in some countries was also evaluated. In the second part, in axis of the Ottoman-Turkish constitutional developments, making and changing of constitutions was evaluated in detail. In the study, making and changing of constitutions has been deal mainly in shape. Instead of meaning of norms, out of these norms, removed of these norms or replaced of these norms was evaluated in axis of concept of the "Founder of Power". In the study, constitutional developments in the global period were also evaluated.
