Foreign banks in Turkish banking sector and the effects of performance

This work gives information about positive and negative of entry of foreign bank in developing countries and Turkey. In tthe other works which were examinated the stability and productivity terms of are seen. In order to control the effect of foreign banks performance impact in the sector of turkish banks, in this work the bank groups foreign, special and public banks and in some of them the adequacy, advantageous and the ration of income and outcome, which belong to 2001-2008 were examinated.Because foreign banks have the small share in the sector of banking, the effect of productivity and stability doesn't create direct effect but thanks to rivalry which it created and the newnesses it forward, it contributed to the sector.The Key Words: foreign banks, performance effect of foreign banks, the entry of foreign banks.
