Abstract (EN)
In the 1967-1989, Turkey and Romania relatives developed politically, economically, socially and culturally. Altough managers changed in Turkey, this relations didn't change. Thirdly, diplomacy had rarely effects on social and cultural relations. However, they cooperated with each other or came across in many areas. Turkish Press explained that examine relations with Turkey which Ceausescu's Romania.
