Security measurements aboutr chidren drugged along crime in Turkish Punisment Law

ABSTRACTAt first we decided to make search about all children rights. But; we prefer tostudy security measures for children more. Because it is a specific subject andimportant for Turkey conditions.We think that from the beginning and nowadays the children are the mostexploited humas in the world. The history of children mean their exploted history. In19th century In England at 10 years old children were executed. In nowadays therules for children have not developed yet. Punishment in family, child commercionfor work and sex, incest are more dangerous for children than the wiches in thestories. To struggle with these problems must be on politic, economic, social and alsopunishment law platforms. The commands must be for educate the children but notfor punishment. We can?t see any difference with the guity child and the wrangedchild.The sanctions in our country is for punishment but not for education. That?sthe most important thing that we want to say. We have to give another change to himfor see his wrong. We can make use of common law while trying this. And we mustthink about crime like it if it?s a concrete concept, not a abstract concept when wethalk about children.
