Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to examine the ways of terminating obligations by comparing Turkish and Djiboutian Obligations laws. Therefore, it is aimed that this study will be a comparative research on how the ways for the end of obligation are regulated according to Turkish and Djiboutian laws. In this research, the similarities and differences between the laws of the two countries regarding the termination of the obligation relationship are revealed. It is aimed that the legal persons or natural persons who want to make a commercial contract between or in Turkey and Djibouti benefit from the results obtained from this thesis. In addition, due to the fact that this subject hasn't been studied academically in both countries, it increases its importance. Since the subject of the thesis is related to social sciences, it is considered to study only with literature review. Essentially, the Turkish Code of Obligations and the Djiboutian Code of Obligations will be used. In general, books, articles and publications related to the subject will also be examined. As a result, in the study, it is understood that Djibouti Law of Obligations and Turkish Law of Obligations have more common points than differences in terms of ending an obligation. In Djibouti and Turkey, an obligation or obligation relationship seems to have ended in the same way to a large extent. However, there are a few key differences to be aware of. One of these differences shows itself especially in terms of the prescription of an obligation. Another difference shows itself in the termination of the obligation by renewal.
