Abstract (EN)
The League of Nations ,at the end of the First World War, was established by the victori¬ous powers. The purpose of the society was to help continue of the world order damaged during the war and That was targeting the protection of international peace. However, the states defeated in the war were not considered a member of the society. But later,the defeated states also became a member of the society one by one.But,the membership of Turkey has been delayed.The sided attitude of the United nations on Mosul ıssue and also Soviet Russia?s attitude has been effective in this delay. Soviet Russia has been a member of society in a short time after the membership of Turkey. Turkey had followed up the desicions taken in the community more closely ,even when ıt was not the member of the community Turkey had always tried to solve ıt?s international ıssues throug the United nations even ıf ıt was not the member of the community The attitude of Turkey in this period has accelerated ıt?s membership of the community. After The repuplic of Turkey became a member of the League of Nations,ıt opposed to the states that shows expansionist policy through the League of Nations. Even in the matter of the Straits and Hatay question ,Tukey used the advantage of being a member of the League of Nation.Key Words: League of Nations, Turkey?s Foreign Policy, Mosul Question, Hatay Question.
