Divided hospital admission agreement in terms of Turkish law

In this study, divided hospital admission agreement, which is frequently encountered in practice, is examined. This contract consists of contractual relations in the triangle of patients, doctors and private hospitals. The relations between the parties of the contract, the legal qualities of the relations, the contractual obligations of the parties and their expiration are discussed together with the opinions and judicial decisions in the teaching process in order to shed light on the disputes that may arise between the parties.
