Abstract (EN)

Advertisement is a fact which enters every part of our lives that considered as an information facility and recognized legal; however, becomes a fact so as to protect consumer in case of misuse. According to the EU Directive concerning Misleading and Comparative Advertisements, are defined as;? Misleading advertisements are the advertisements that will probably affect economical behavior of audience as a matter of mislead or probably mislead by this qualification that it reached or being addressed in wrong ways including its stage directions. Misleading advertisements not only violate the benefits of miserable and insufficient consumer against large undertakings, but also lead unfair competition. For this reason, there should be an efficient contestation against misleading advertisements in order to protect consumers as well as competitors. So as to do this; it is a must to ban the stated advertisement as soon as possible and compensate this situation by corrective advertisements. Also, there should be efficient procedures established except jurisdiction.
