Abstract (EN)
This study, reviews Discrimination Crime which found its place in our Penal Law with Turkish Penal Code 5237 and structure of this crime. The discrimination concept and efforts for combat against discrimination, made distinct strides within historic development process. The definition of the discrimination concept, its historic development and typees are included in this study. Discrimination is a concept that would be seen wherever the social life of mankind exists. Even within the communities living along with the similarities alike, occurrence of discrimination is predestined.
