In the last century, developments in the field of technology have gained momentum and changes have occurred as a result of technological developments in almost every field from education to health. While these developments contributed to social progress, they also brought along some problems. One of the problem is caused by the development in the field of technology is the facilitation of crime and the emergence of new crime types with known crimes. The concept of cyber crimes has emerged as a result of these developments. This concept in a narrow sense expresses the crimes included in the tenth section of the Turkish Penal Code titled Crimes in the Field of Informatics. Other crimes can also be committed using cyber systems. In this study, cybercrime has been examined in a narrow and broad sense. In this context, the problems arising in terms of criminal justice and other problems encountered in practice were mentioned and solutions were given.
