Abstract (EN)
In this study, we discussed the term of ?employer's representative? under Turkish Law. At the first section, we reviewed different definitions of employer's representative and its differences from other similar legal concepts. At the second section we discussed legal and criminal responsibility of employer's representative and especially the conditions of responsibilities attributable to him.
