Abstract (EN)
In our study titled as ?Temporary Alimony in Turkish Law?, it is aimed to study The Temporary Alimony which means a great importance in our law system and implementation by handling all aspects of it. The concept of alimony and the history of it together with its judicial characteristics are focused in the first part of our study. Also the specific features of the Alimony Claim are explained. In the second part of our study, the concept of temporary alimony which is the main subject of the study, the judicial characteristics of temporary alimony, the situations in which it can be claimed are clarified in detail. In addition, the different aspects of the temporary alimony, which is also a type of maintenance alimony, from other maintenance alimonies and assistance alimony are mentioned. In the third part of our study, the procedure rules to be applied to the temporary alimony are explained. In this context, the beginning, ending, determination of the amount and other procedure rules are mentioned. The procedure to be applied to the temporary alimony in the law about The Private International Law and The Procedural Law and the recognition and enforcement of the foreign court decisions are also emphasised in this part.
