Abstract (EN)
Since the 1970s, with the arising of economic crisis in global markets, flexible working styles have affected working life and have been a topic that has been discussed since then. With flexible working styles becoming popular, capital owners have begun to question the classical ways of working. Thus, flexible working has taken place more and more in business life today. Some reacted positively to flexible working, which has become popular, while some reacted negatively claiming that it had deepened the problems in working life more. It is seen that flexible working styles in our country are included in some decisions of the Supreme Court without creating a legal infrastructure. Therefore, flexible working styles that are a matter of debate continuously have been legally regulated by the Labor Law No. 4857 for the first time. The Labor Law No. 4857 included flexible working styles as well as the classical forms of work. In this study, working periods in our country have been tried to be explained by focusing on both classical and flexible working styles. In this context, working periods related with the Labor Laws applied in our country (Labor Law No. 4857, Marine Labor Law No. 854, Press Labor Law No. 5953) have been included in the first section of the study, the concept of flexibility is explained and flexible working methods are examined in the second section, and finally, a statement about the audit system of the Ministry of Family, Labor and Social Services Department of Guidance and Inspection, which is responsible for monitoring and auditing of the working life in our country, has been made in the third section.
