Abstract (EN)
Working time of the employee, which is one of the subjects of Labor Law, is one of the essential elements of the employment contract. One of the problematic situations between employee and employer in Turkish Labor Law is working time. Study time has been used quite a lot as a thesis subject. Among the concepts we will consider, the concepts of "working hours, types of working time, overwork and working overtime" are introduced into our law and the rights, legal regulations and precedent jurisprudence that can demand "overwork or overtime" are explained.
