Abstract (EN)
Bureaucracy is an indispensable thing for human life, red tape term is using for striving to people, waiting for nothing, and consuming time, resources, labor in an emotional and abusive way. As a conclusion from some examinations, to combine with red tapes other bureaucracy matters, it is understood that the most important matter in the Turkish public bureaucracy. Thus, it is confirm that lots of working have been done for reducing red tape in the Turkish public bureaucracy. The aim of this study is to serve all the studies that related to reduce red tape in the Turkish public bureaucracy and to evaluate how this study to get achievement in the reducing red tape process. This study have three parts. In the first part, it is insisted on the different meanings of bureaucracy, history and different approach, and to deal with the historical improvement of Turkish public bureaucracy after republic period. In the second part, the different aspects and results of red tape are clarified and, mentioned factors of enhancer bureaucracy. In the last part, some studies are indicated for reducing red tape in the Turkish public bureaucracy and, made a remark on these studies.
