Turks in Soviet Unions in The Journal of Turkish Culture (1962-2008)

'Turk Culture Journal' founded by Turk Culture Research Institution has been ranked one of the publishings studying and researching about Turkish World in Republic of Turkey since 1962. And still it is holding its place. Turk Culture Journal publishing on every month till 2006 aimed at searching Turkish World as a whole, as well as it aims at studying many field, particullarly culture. This study is formed within the scope of the articles Turk Culture Journal published about Turks under the authority of Soviet Union between 1962-2008. In the study, It has been examined, particularly the action and approach of Soviet Turk in the journal, how the reflection of current issues Soviet Turks lived is, how the issues are reacted in the journal and whether it causes expression change or not.
