Comparison of causes of divorce in Turkish and Madagascar law

This study was prepared as a master's thesis at the Institute of Social Sciences/ University of Eskişehir Anadolu. In our study, first of all, detailed information is given about the reasons for divorce in Turkish Law. In Turkish Law, the reasons for divorce are divided into two as private and general, and are regulated under Articles 161 and 166 of the TMK.The thesis is about how to prove the divorce, the conditions, etc. The thesis is about how to prove the divorce, the conditions, etc. Then, in the second part of the thesis, the reasons and details of the divorce in Madagascar law will be explained one by one. Finally, the reasons for divorce in Turkish and Madagascar law will be examined.
