In the second chapter, the nature of the sound, virtual instruments, sampling, digital sounds, digital sound processing, sampling method, samplers, envelope of the sound, microphones, electronic musical instruments, midi, Turkish Music history and Rhythm Patterns are examined in subheadings. Literature review method is used for the examination of these topics. Sounds are transferred to digital environment according to the obtained data. The rhythms to be placed in the library are identified and the notes are transcribed. The third chapter is defined as "the findings" and "interpretation chapter". In this section, the process of placing the obtained data to the library is described. Information on the distribution of the instruments used and the size of the library is provided in tabular form. The distribution of the sound samples on the midi keyboard keys is given. At the end of this chapter, answers to sub-problems are given after the recording and editing phases.
