Abstract (EN)

The Turk Shahis, is a Turkish domination that was first mentioned in the second half of the VIIth century and was established in the southern part of Oxus in the live in Afghanistan the Khalajs' after the White Huns (Hephthalites) lost the political presence in the region. Turk Shahis, who could not be determined the date of establishment, sometimes with tribute to the Gokturk, Arab and Chinese, and sometimes by entering into the submission to be able to survive for nearly two hundred and fifty years. This dominance, which has different views on origin, shows that they have Turkish titles that can be determined both in the administrative system and in particular in their coins. It is known that the influence of Buddhism has been highly influenced by the previous domination of the region and the influence of the Turk Shahi are also very serious contributors to Buddhism. However, in the following period, after the relations with the Arab-Islamic armies, it is seen that Islam was also very effective in this geography and the ruling group. Although caliph Memun and Ya'qub Bin Laiths' attacked two different groups of this domination at different times and brought them to the brink of destruction, the Shahis had a great importance in the history of Turkish of India by influencing the establishment of Ghaznavid State. Such an important dominance in many research, or a few sentences with the statement was passed or never mentioned. In this study, Turk Shahis' mentioned about their organizations, dominance regions and their contribution to the history of Turkish of India and Afghanistan.
