Abstract (EN)

The rapid growth of insurance sector in Turkey, attracts the attention of the international insurance companies, are searching for the new investment. The main reason why these companies see the growth as an opportunity of investment is unfulfilled needs and great potential of insurable.The largest goal of the domestic and foreign firms which are operating production of insurance premium is to obtain a higher market share in this developing sector and to increase their profitability by increasing production capacity. For this purpose, these companies are making their organizational structure as a market-oriented for establishing different sale organizations to identificate and dispel consumers' needs as a distribution channels and they improve these opinions becoming widespread day by day. Companies aim to develop sale channels to produce appropriate solutions for the consumers' needs and achieve their own goals. As a result of this great movement in this insurance market, sector discovers new sale channels especially in the current distribution channels. This sector objectives to take an advantage of the new sales channels' opportunities by classic distribution channels such as agents, brokers, producers and additionally by considering the bank branches, using the phones in sale centers and accessing the internet.The purpose of this study is to grow further with the foreign partnerships and to investigate the distribution channels which tend to expand day by day. Moreover, this study considers sale methods, used for insurance sales, in distribution channels. In addition, agencies which have never lost their importance in insurance marketing from the past to present and appear to be the most efficient sales channels in distribution channels that evaluate the results of research about the relationship between insurance companies. Data?s are obtained from the survey about this research is transferred to SPSS program and is analyzed after the contentment results and making some comments about contentment?s and commitment to their companies.Key words: Insurance, Insurance Companies, Distribution Channels, Agencies, Agency satisfaction, Sales methods in insurance market
