Structural characteristics of the board of directors of Turkish companies

Many complex systems take the form of networks, such as Internet networks, computer networks, business relationship networks between companies, biological networks, distribution networks, friendship networks between individuals.decadence networks are decadent. It is important to be able to examine, interpret, analyze all these complex systems in many ways and to reveal implicit information. Looking at the mathematical foundations of network science, graf theory appears. In this study, the data of the managers of the first 500 Industrial Organizations (ISO 500) and the subsidiaries of companies operating in Bist (Istanbul Stock Exchange) were used and the network of joint managers of Turkish companies was evaluated with complex network analysis criteria after being modeled with hypergraphs.
