Economic autonomous of Turkish sport management (e.g. T.F.F.)

-171- SUMMARY Aim of this study is analysed economic autonomous of Turkish sport management with an example of ' Turkey Football Federation' (T.F.F.). In this example, "documentation method" has used, so that first and second source of administrative and financial development of T.F.F. has examined by and certain matters have evaluated by "retrospektif method" which is used in exploration of history. AH documents and findings have commented by analysis method. Automous model has argued about federation in Turkish sport management because of this argument, in 1988, 3461. law of "Establisment and Assigment of Turkey Football Federation" has execuated in T.F.F. With autonomous model, there was important buildup owing to legal arrangment in this period. However, application of "special law desicion depend on corporation'' "fortify and "selection" was insufficient in available administration of T.F.F. and there was matters which were analysed about possesion and ministration production, consumption, sharing and their inspection in financial building. Management of T.F.F. can be attuned to free-trade mechanism if competition.speed.quality and efficiency provisions was done so, it has an activrty.ln financial activity, if all association and organization of football in financial sources are used methodically and objective, it has an activity. "finance itself in tinaciaT principle is served professionalism, it is glamorous principle from this, if autonomous institutionational building of T.F.F. don't against amateur tissue of sport and attain the recent modem administration, it can be said that it is a model for other sport organization in Turkey.
