Abstract (EN)

sports clubs; that voluntary sports institutions do not have efficient organizational structures; and that sport is managed with a very strict attitude of centralized management. Depending on all these problems, it is stated that improvement of sport in Turkey and its expansion to more people can be achieved through developing a new management concept based on modern methods and through building a structure which will enable the human, physical and financial resources which are the main components of sports services, to be used most efficiently.-219- ği, spor federasyonlannm özerk bir yapıya kavuşturulmamış olması, spor ku lüplerindeki ekonomik yetersizlikler, gönüllü spor kuruluşlarının etkin ve ör gütsel yapıya sahip olamaması ve Türk spor yönetiminde katı bir merkeziyetçi yönetim anlayışıyla yönetilmiş olması gibi temel sorunlar ortaya çıkmaktadır.
