Abstract (EN)
Culture is the actions that focus on human behavior and lifestyle. Culture is a synthesis of interaction and accumulation that is not congenital and acquired by learning. Social culture is the reflection of attitudes and norms that are not conceived from birth but take shape with the environment we live in. Organizational culture, on the other hand, expresses the unity of people in the light of a certain purpose and values. In this study, it is tried to determine whether there is a change in organizational culture model as a result of privatization of Türk Telekom company, which was privatized in 2005, and if so, in what direction and how the organizational culture has changed. In this study, "Formations, Values and Assumptions" and Quinn Cameron's organizational culture model were used, which are the expansions of the corporate culture classification that Edgar Schein called "cultural layers". In the study, face-to-face interviews were conducted with 13 people, consisting of Türk Telekom employees before and after privatization, using the phenomenology method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. After privatization, it was stated that in the Quinn and Cameron model, a competitive and diverse market model organization culture was adopted. As a result of the study, findings on organizational differentiation within the scope of cultural layers were obtained and, including the formations in Türk Telekom; It was classified as physical, behavioral and verbal, and within the scope of these formations, it was reported that change was controlled with measurable parameters after privatization. . It has been argued that tolerance and customer satisfaction, hospitality has become simpler but more attentive within the scope of core values. Within the scope of basic assumptions, the prediction that human beings may be lazy by nature has been kept dynamic with performance reports. Another aspect of the assumptions is to prevent customer change after shaping the needs of the customers, and it was stated that the promotion was applied with smart device sales and commitment methods.
