Influence of Tanzimat on reforms in education concept of Turkish society

Events and developments occured in the history were used as happiness building stones by the societies which wanted to live palmy and peaceful in future. In nationalities where sense of history is developed , understanding the history became a basic philosophy to look at the future confidently.In the history of Turkish society, men endeavored for the duration starting by the announcement of HATTI HUMAYUN hoping to be a climacteric , these endeavors were applied for the education duration also. Therefore, changes and developments in the education were examined, their contributions to day were discussed under the name of ?Türk Toplumunun Eğitim Anlayışına Tanzimat?ın Getirdiği Yenilikler? in the period starting with the Tanzimat Fermanı.Innovations which constitute basis for today, were tried to be brought in political, economical and social areas during Tanzimat period, however both economical problems of state and existence of different social structures and lack of human resource in application phase decreased the chance of innovations? success. Applications could not prevent the state from decadence in those days, however constituted basis for today.Despite all events, recognition of need of innovation is important. Because solution of the problem is a loop which starts with the determination of the problem. The effects of steps taken for solutions of the problems in that period, have continued until today.
