The problem of territorial waters from the aspect of the relationship between Turkey and Greece

In my study by the subject of ?The problem of territorial waters in theAgean Sea from the aspect of the relationship between Turkey and Greece? thedistance of territorial waters at the ?Aegean Sea? which has not been solved yetand the suggestions of solution on this subject are studied.In first chapter, along with the judicial statute and the historical progressof the territorial waters,the applied samples which belong to other seas arestudied.In second chapter, the problem of the territorial waters at the AegeanSea is explained.Additionally in this study, the solution methods of the territorial watersat the Aegean Sea are explained from the aspects of history, politics and theforeign policy.Key Words: 1) Territorial Waters, 2) Codification, 3) Agean Sea, 4) Relation-ship between Turkey and Greece
