This scale has been used after testing its validity and reliableness.First of all, within the scope of the scale?s validity and reliableness the sentences referring the person who is eligible for research and also including five-stage answers have been prepared. According to the expert option, the appropriate ones from the sentences have been selected and put into the scaletrial.As a means of data collection the students? native language and, ifany, other foreign language they know, they know other foreign languages to learn Turkish and Turkish speaking skills in particular have an impact on whether or not gaining as well as educational attainment, age, and sex can be learned in a personal information form.As population Gazi University Turkish education?s studies sample thought as a place where the Turkish learners have been intensely has been prefered.This study is conducted to investigate the reasons of anxiety during the students? learning Turkish as a foreign language and these are as follows. When it is looked at the effects of the mother tongue in learning a foreign language, there is no significant difference in any dimension. There is not a meaningful difference in the anxiety level of ones who acquires the Turkish as a foreign language when it is considered with the effects of the other languages on the learning a language. It has seen that there is not a big differance of speaking anxiety of foreigners speaking Turkish as a foreign language when it is considered according to the situation that the foreign languages effect their Turkish speaking.There has not been a significant difference of speaking anxiety for Turkish as a foreign language when sexs of participant are considered. Accordingly, it would be right to assert that sex, mother tongue and other known foreign languages are not the variables that lead speaking anxiety for foreigner speakers of Turkish.Key words: Turkish as a foreign language, the speaking skill and the anxiety of speaking.
