Abstract (EN)

In this research, it is aimed to identify the relationship between writing skills and self efficacy perception of writing skills of learners of Turkish as a foreign language.The sample group of the research is C2 level students who learn Turkish at Ankara University TOMER, Gazi University TOMER and Hacettepe University HUDİL in 2009-2010 academic year. In the study, no sampling method was used and all of 150 students of C2 level in 2009-2010 academic year participated in the research.?Writing Skill Self Efficacy Scale?, ?Personal Information Form? and ?Grading Scale Key? were utilized as scaling tools in the research process. In the analysis of data which was gathered after scaling process, descriptive statics (frequency, percentage and mean), T-test, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney U Test were run. Analyses were conducted using SPSS 15.0 program. Meaningful level for comparing data was accepted as .05.Results show that there is meaningful relationship between writing skills and self efficacy perceptions or writing skills of learners of Turkish as a foreign language.
