Abstract (EN)
In the study, the foundations of Turkism in the Ottoman Empire will be examined to discuss its influence on the Republic of Turkey. In this context, the effects of Turkism, which kept on progressing in Republican Era, on education policy of the Republic of Turkey between 1923-1945 will be researched. As a result of, the impact of nationalism, which evolved throughout World War II, on Turkism and education policy of the Republic of Turkey will be evaluated.
