Abstract (EN)
Currently, necessity of incentive concept is not topic of discussion.Many developed and developing countries apply some sort of investmentincentive while the level of the incentives varies from country to country. Thisstudy aims to put forward the effects on analysed of problems in Turkey ofinvestment incentives.Turkey was underwent tranformation since 1980s. In this years, freemarket economy and export oriented growth model have been adopted andincentive policies also have been applied in this way. Furthermore,globalization progress has been cause to activities which provided toharmonizing incentive policies in Turkey with those of other countries.Within the process of harmonizing our regional policies with those of theEuropean Union -which Turkey intends to become a full member of- NUTSand the Regional Development Agencies, proposed by the European Unionfor the purpose of eliminating the inter-regional economic and socialdisparities, have been constituted. The applicability of NUTS system andRegional Development Agencies in Turkey is a question among others havebeen taken in this study.
