Abstract (EN)

The concept of justice occurred with the establishment of state formation and justice became one of the main services of the state. To observe the effects of the efficieny of justice services on economy, the concept of justice must be transformed from abstract concept to object concept, So the factors of efficiency of justice services like budget value, the number of employees and cases in the courts are used. The factors of efficiency of justice services and criteria are calculated with these factors guide in comparision of countries.Providing of justice services are the suplement side of justice. State makes expenditures while serving the justice. Decisions made as a result of justice service affect public positively or negatively. For that reason, efficent providing of justice service affects economic structure and relations. There is a positive relation between efficiency of justice services and expenditure of justice and efficiency of justice services and economic indicators in Turkey.Justice services mainly affect economy through protecting property rights. It?s necessary that property right index which shows efficiency of justice services of countries must be at a specific threshold level for affecting the economy positively. If property right index is under the threshold, justice affect economy negatively. Most of the countries with high income are over the threshold level. Countries with low income are under the threshold level.Turkey is over the threshold level. It?s necessary that precautions that increase efficieny of justice services must be taken, for sustaining the positive effects of justice services on economy at Turkey.
